Can my friends and family watch me play?

Yes! Spectators are welome. All spectators must abide by the host community’s rules. Be prepared to bring your own folding chairs, as spectator seating varies at the different venues.

What is the Valencia Invitational? (we’ll provide a few sentences that will be used in press announcements, introductions to sponsors, etc)

An annual set of tournaments open to all residents of Valencia communities in South Palm Beach County. Currently the Invitational includes (10) Valencia communities including: the Bay, Cove, Falls, Isles, Lakes, Palms, Pointe, Reserve, Shores and Sound. Valencia residents participate in personal-best, doubles-format competitive Pickleball and Tennis tournaments. Bocce tournament is played with team format. Visit valenciainvitational.org to register and for more information!

How do I know what my playing level is?

If there is a pro at your facility, you might speak with him or her to determine the best level for you and your partner. If there is no pro, we have easy-to-understand Rating Guides on both the Tennis and the Pickleball pages on the website. If your community does not have a pro, check with your Sports Committee for guidance. You can always reach out to the Invitational Tournament Directors with a question by sending an email to info@valenciainvitational.org
