If my partner becomes unavailable before the tournament begins, can I find another partner?

We want everyone who wants to play to be able to participate in the Valencia Invitaitonal! If you learn that your partner cannot play (up to the Thursday before the start of the tournament), you may substitute with another qualified partner.
